The mills is managed by Juan Ramon Alvarado Rodriguez and his family, fourth generation coffee producers who have blended tradition with innovation since 2003. With a dedicated cupping lab and roastery on site, they carefully oversee every step to ensure consistent quality and flavour. This small batch traceable microlot highlights both and unique terroir of Central Valley, high elevation, volcanic soil, steady climate and the passion of its producers
